XHIT Workout Videos
They're free, they're short, and they're manageable. Plus, you don't need all the fancy equipment to work out - you can do it from home! I have been doing one to tone my arms and thighs, but there are other ones for abs, butt, etc. They're only about 12 minutes, and they do them with you in the video. They're not super intense, so you can do them while you watch TV. Just a little way to stay active when it's wayyyyy too hot to go running...
