Emma's Favorites
Besito Caliente
I first discovered this delicious sauce at last year's wine festival, when an old man in a tent insisted we try it.  We reluctantly agreed.  It was SO GOOD.  It's main ingredients are blackberries and habanero - so sweet with just a little kick of spicy!  I use it for grilled chicken, or put it on a bagel with cream cheese.  Last night, I put it on a sandwich consisting of a toasted bagel, spinach, and scrambled eggs.  I'm just going to plan on eating it every day for the rest of my life.  After the delicious taste, the best thing about it is it's locally made here in New Mexico!  Let me know if I can bring you some!

Target's Novelty Socks
Target's sock game has been on point lately. I normally pick up a pair at a time of their striped socks, but this time I branched out into some of the more interesting designs. Read: the cashier made fun of me as I was purchasing them. But, no matter! I picked out the food-related ones and my bf treated me to the cute raccoon pair. Even though no one can see them when I'm wearing shoes, I know they're there and I think they're awesome!

Antler Candlestick
My bedroom has been in a state of livable disarray for the past couple of weeks while I try to organize my massive collection of craft supplies and minimize the volume of possessions I own. It's not going well because I'm genetically predisposed to pack-rattery, but I do have a little haven of organization, a spot of minimalism untouched in my cleaning frenzy--the bookshelf. This antler candlestick rests on top of books neatly shelved together and the entire visual effect makes me feel like my organizing efforts aren't in vain. The candlestick itself is made of heavy metal and about and long as my arm. I picked it up from Marshall's for about $15 or so. Now to purchase some candles to put in it....

Happy Friday!
